- Queen size bed
- Trash chute on apt floor, recycling in basement
- 10 mnt walk to Prospect Park, 20 mnt walk to Greenwood Cemetery, easy walk to surrounding neighborhoods
- Neighborhood full of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, gyms, etc
- Zip car parking lot next to building, post office across the street
- Comes mostly furnished with bed, fold out couch (extra bed), tables, tv, two large closets, chairs, lamps, dishes, utensils, and more. Everything you need for day to day living.
Requirements
- Interview. Must have good credit, and referrals (at least 2)

1-3 month lease
