Paypal settings redesign
Let’s face it, most product settings experiences are less than stellar and are often overlooked as a crucial place for a positive customer experience and real opportunity for transparency.
My role
I contributed as the lead UX/UI product designer, while also conducting much of the user research.
Why we did it
We addressed UI inconsistency and outdated UX experiences while simultaneously addressing the requirements of GDPR compliance.
